Who we are

AI2 Marketing is based in Florida, USA, and also works with clients in Brazil. For privacy questions, email [email protected] or call +1 (774) 462-0640.

The website

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you type: name, email, company, phone, interests and message. We use them only to reply to you. The message is delivered to our email through Resend. We do not sell this information.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process connection data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can be delivered and protected. This site does not use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics tracker.

Comigo

Comigo is a Mac app that sits beside your work and offers insights about what is on your screen and, if you turn it on, what is said in a call. It is built local-first. A practical walkthrough of the same controls is in the Comigo privacy docs.

Stored on your Mac

In a local database on your Mac (~/Library/Application Support/copilot/), Comigo can store:

  • tasks, goals, progress and advice;
  • observations such as the app name, window title, recognized on-screen text, audio transcripts, and, depending on your storage setting, small screenshots;
  • memories, task chats and voice conversations;
  • ratings, feedback, workflow history, usage statistics and settings.

API keys you add for OpenAI or Anthropic, and your Comigo sign-in, are kept in the macOS Keychain. We cannot read that Keychain from our servers.

Permissions

macOS asks you before Comigo can use:

  • Screen Recording, to read the screen and system audio;
  • Accessibility, to know which app is active;
  • Microphone, only when you press a microphone or Talk button.

You can refuse or revoke any of these in System Settings. While monitoring is paused, Comigo does not capture the screen or share it.

What can be sent to an AI model

To write advice, Comigo sends the model the context for that moment: recognized text, the app and window name, relevant task and memory text, and, if the model supports images or you chose cloud vision, the screenshot. Only apps you have allowed are included. Password managers, private browsing windows and banking apps are excluded by default, and you can add more apps to an exclude list or an allow-only list.

  • Your own API key. The request goes from your Mac to that provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter) under their terms. AI2 does not receive the prompt.
  • A local model (LM Studio). The request stays on your Mac.
  • Comigo credits. The request goes through AI2’s server to the model. See the next section.

Account, credits and what AI2’s server receives

An account is used when you sign in or buy Comigo credits. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. Card payments are handled by Stripe. AI2 does not see your full card number.

Prompts, transcripts, window titles, screenshots and suggestion text are not attached to those product events or ratings. If you use your own key or a local model, AI2’s server does not receive your AI calls. Some builds include crash reporting that masks on-screen text.

The optional MCP server is off by default. When you turn it on, it listens only on your Mac, is read-only, and does not return screenshots, audio or credentials.

Who else receives information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services that run the product, and only for that purpose:

  • Cloudflare, to host this website;
  • Resend, to deliver contact-form email;
  • Clerk, for Comigo sign-in;
  • Stripe, for credit payments;
  • the AI provider you choose (or OpenRouter, when you use Comigo credits);
  • Apple, if you download Comigo from the Mac App Store, under Apple’s own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our users, our rights or the security of the service.

Your choices and rights

  • Pause Comigo, change which apps it can see, and delete local memories or the storage cache in the app.
  • Quit Comigo and delete ~/Library/Application Support/copilot/ to remove local data. You can also remove saved keys in Keychain Access by searching for com.ai2.comigo.
  • Email [email protected] to close your Comigo account and delete the server data tied to it, or to ask for a copy or correction of the account information we hold.

If the law where you live gives you extra rights (including the GDPR in Europe or the LGPD in Brazil), you can use the same email to exercise them. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. We may need to keep some payment records where the law requires it.

Comigo and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Where information is processed

We are in the United States. AI providers, Clerk, Stripe, Resend and Cloudflare may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Local-model and on-device features stay on your Mac.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date. If a change materially affects Comigo account data, we will also give notice in the app or by email when we have an address for you.
